01 / Coaches
Each division fields four doubles teams — eight players. The head coach role covers roster construction, preparation, tactical planning and player development across your city’s Pro, Legends and Academy divisions, plus its Developmental practice squad. Develop players within the same team system and prepare them for professional call-up.
02 / Coaches
Guide rotations, substitutions, time-outs and video-review challenges within the final league rulebook. The 20-second DinkClock makes preparation and communication essential.
03 / Coaches
Work with franchise leadership to scout, evaluate and select athletes through the combine and draft process.
04 / Coaches
Coaching agreements include seasonal compensation, medical coverage, travel and lodging support, plus clinic and performance incentive terms.
